The nose is fruity, fresh and offers brightness and pulpiness. It expresses notes of pulpy/unctuous cherry, creamy blackcurrant and more slightly violet associated with touches of caramelization, camphor and a fine hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a fresh frame, minerality, tension, a certain gourmandise, precision and a fine airy quality in its substance. It expresses notes of creamy raspberry, creamy blackberry and, more slightly, crushed red fruits combined with touches of violet, lily, chocolate, as well as hints of bourbon vanilla and crushed almond. Good length.
