The nose is fruity, fresh and offers delicacy as well as fat. It reveals notes of lemon, juicy peach and more slightly of fresh quince associated with nice touches of racy / freshness minerality as well as hints of verbena, lemon blossoms and a discreet hint of white pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, roundness, an airy side, accuracy as well as a fine tangy / juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy lemon, tangy / fleshy green apple and more slightly vine peach associated with touches of mesocarps, pulpy / fresh Mirabelle plum, hints of lychee, fresh verbena as well as a subtle hint of peach blossoms and salinity. Good length. A little chewiness on the finish / persistence.
