It reveals notes of lemon, juicy peach and more slightly of fresh quince associated with nice touches of racy / freshness minerality as well as hints of verbena, lemon blossoms and a discreet hint of white pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, roundness, an airy side, accuracy as well as a fine tangy / juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy lemon, tangy / fleshy green apple and more slightly vine peach associated with touches of mesocarps, pulpy / fresh Mirabelle plum, hints of lychee, fresh verbena as well as a subtle hint of peach blossoms and salinity. Good length. A little chewiness on the finish / persistence.
