The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, gourmandize, fat, a very fine tension as well as a fruity/pulpy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy wild raspberry, fleshy wild red berries and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of liquorice, tonka bean/chocolate as well as subtle hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Tannins are structuring.
