The nose is fruity and offers a very fine intensity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of griotte, very ripe cassis and more slightly liquorice associated with fine touches of violet, crushed strawberry as well as fine hints of toasted, chocolate and a very discreet hint of coffee/toasted bread (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a fine tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, very ripe cassis and more slightly griotte associated with fine touches of very ripe raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice, tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Tannins are well-built.
