This wine has a pale apricot color with a beautiful shine. It is limpid and clear. The first nose is delicate and aromatic with small stone fruits such as apricot. There is also a floral aspect with the almond blossom. The nose seems powdery with a discreetly present smoky impression. With air, the fruity side of this wine is confirmed. The tasting is fresh, supple with fruits such as yellow apple, small mirabelle plum and not yet completely ripe apricot. The mid-palate offers a saline hint that makes your mouth water. A discreet bitterness is present, echoing the grapefruit zest and lemon blossom. The finish is discreet.
