Château Les Lattes 2022 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose is reserved, but expresses itself better after aeration. It offers sweet notes of roasted red cherry, ripe strawberry, raspberry coulis, blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by notes of mint chocolate, vanilla bean, cinnamon, licorice, clove and peony. Beautiful complexity and juiciness on the palate: we find flavors of chocolate cherry, black plum, blackberry, morello cherry and crème de cassis, combined with notes of dried mint, licorice, cinnamon, fresh vanilla and peony. The tannin structure is firm, a little dry, with integrated bitterness and a grainy texture of tannins. Beautiful enveloping and ripe fruity side, good level of acidity, but the finish is astringent.
