The nose is elegant, racy and well-built / defined. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, candied tangerine zests, quince and small notes of kumquat, vine peach combined with discreet hints of honey, elderflower as well as a subtle hint of spices. The palate is tense, well-balanced, very slightly unctuous and offers a beautiful freshness, delicacy, a slight tension, a beautiful texture, gourmandise, a beautiful finesse of the grain, suavity, a good guideline as well as a beautiful finesse. The palate expresses notes of crystallized lemon, nectarine, apple and small notes of quenette associated with touches of flowers, crystallized tangerine zests as well as discreet hints of honey and an imperceptible hint of almond hint.
