The nose is gourmand and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, wild redcurrant and slight hints of wild strawberry combined with subtle hints of spices, liquorice, subtle toasted hints / vanilla and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight suavity, freshness as well as a slight acidity (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, cherry and slight notes of wild redcurrant combined with hints of raspberry as well as discreet toasted touches and licorice. Good length.
