The nose is quite aromatic and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, flowers (violet, rose) and touches of crunchy raspberry, crunchy berries associated with fine touches of toasted oak as well as discreet hints of zan and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juicy/mineral frame, fat as well as a small fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, blackberry and more slightly cherry associated with fine touches of red berries, crunchy strawberry as well as subtle touches of liquorice stick, toasted and very discreet hints of gray pepper (in the background). Tannins are slightly dry. Good length. Small salinity on the finish.
