The nose is elegant, precise, racy and offers a beautiful power (full of control), complexity, a certain deepness as well as a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain and a fine flowery side. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, ripe strawberry and small notes of ripe/fresh blueberry associated with touches of small fresh/ripe red fruits, violet, cornflower, sweet spices, nutmeg as well as a very fine hint of cardamom and mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, juicy, beautifully built and offers delicacy, fullness, a small richness, a fatness all in finesse as well as deepness, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful freshness, fullness and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe wild blackberry, fresh wild strawberry and small notes of small ripe red fruits associated with touches of violet, lily, a racy/saline minerality as well as hints of toasted, nutmeg, very fine hints of mild tobacco, a subtle hint of cuben pepper, an imperceptible hint of toasted hazelnut, sweet spices and underwood. Good length and beautiful persistence. Tannins are racy and structuring. A fine powdered side on the finish.
