The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers delicacy as well as power (but precisely done). It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, very ripe strawberry and small notes of flowers associated with touches of very ripe berries as well as very discreet hints of Cuben pepper, nutmeg, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of undergrowth and an imperceptible hint of licorice. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, precise and offers a beautiful definition, a mineral / acidulous frame, freshness, complexity as well as a beautiful, ripe and acidulous fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of very ripe cassis, very ripe raspberry and small notes of very ripe berries associated with a fine touch of very ripe blueberry, tobacco, undergrowth as well as with a very discreet hint of cedar, dried almond and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Tannins are elegant and very slightly firm. The finish is very discreetly tight. Beautiful, suave and gourmande finish. Good length and beautiful persistence.
