It reveals notes of dried cassis, dried blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry combined with fine touches of spices, cardamom, slight hints of nutmeg, white truffle, roasted hazelnut as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and violet. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, elegant and offers an acidulous frame, tension, a good freshness as well as a beautiful acidulous side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of very ripe cassis, very ripe blackberry and small notes of cherry associated with fine touches of dried strawberry and discreet hints of caramelization, undergrowth / truffle as well as an imperceptible hint of cardamom and tobacco. Tannins are elegant and offer a very discreet chew. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of salinity (in the background).
