Château L’Enclos 2019 – Pomerol

Château L’Enclos 2019 – Pomerol

The fruity nose with a certain intensity and some tightness. There are notes of pulpywild blackcurrant, small wild black berries and small notes of roasted cherries or even morello cherries associated with touches of spices, nutmeg and a discreet hint of torrefaction. The palate is fruity with freshness and minerality. It has a tangy frame with energy and good definition. A certain concentration accompanies a pretty finely tight fruit. There are notes of morello cherries, pulpy and juicy blackberries and slight notes of tart pulpy currants associated with touches of violet, lily as well as hints of tart juicy purple plum as well as notes of tonka bean, of mocha and a discreet hint of torrefaction. There is a nice work on the bitterness. It is a wine with a silky finish, roundness, good energy and freshness.
