Château le Temple 2020 – Médoc, Cru Bourgeois

The nose is fruity and offers little pulpy, a certain gourmandize. It reveals the notes of pulpy strawberry, the blueberry and light hint of cherries associated with hint of cornflower, cuben pepper, a green cardamon and a discreet hint of vanilla. The mouth is fruity, discreetly tight and it offers the suavity, the juiciness, a little tension, the minerality, the tangy frame. The wine express the notes of pulpy/juicy strawberry, the violette and lightly tangy/juicy raspberry associated with touch of blueberry, lily, the cherry blossom as well as a fine hint of toast, the tonka beans, and a fine discreet of hint of vanilla. The tannins are finely mellow.
