(60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot) The nose is fruity, aromatic, finely powerful and offers a fine freshness. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and a discreet hint of plum associated with slight notes of red fruits, violets, liquorice as well as a fine note of minerality and discreet notes of vanilla. There is a discreet hint of mocha after aeration. The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, well-balanced, relatively gourmande and offers a good definition, an acid frame, elegance and a good tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fresh strawberry and fine notes of cassis associated with fine notes of minerality, oak, caramelization, licorice and crushed / jammy strawberry. Tannins are fine, structuring and a bit firm.
