The nose is fruity, slightly rich and offers a small minerality. It reveals fine notes of blackberry and small black berries combined with fine notes of minerality, crushed raspberry, flowers, a discreet hint of strawberry, discreet notes of undergrowth as well as hints of sweet spices / oak and caramelization. After aeration the wine reveals a discreet hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers fat, freshness, a good structure, a fresh frame, a good volume and harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cherry and fine notes of strawberry associated with touches of cassis, fine notes of saline minerality as well as discreet touches of liquorice and violet. Tannins are fine and slightly firm.
