The nose is fruity, fine and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis combined with a touch of cassis bud, blueberry, Quetsche plum as well as a hint of liquorice, chocolate, a discreet note of pepper and a hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, precise and offers minerality, a small intensity, a nice freshness, tension as well as a good, silky and slightly unctuous matter. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and beautiful persistence (with slight notes of coffee).
