Château Le Doyenné 2020 

The nose is fruity and offers a certain power, finesse, freshness, concentration (full of finesse). It reveals notes of bright wild cassis, blue plum, small notes of Boysen berry associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of lily, pepper, a discreet hint of spices and camphor/spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a small freshness, a fine tension, finesse in its concentration/power and a small stretchy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis, small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of small bright blue fruits as well as hints of violet, vanilla and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut. A very fine softness in the finish/persistence.
