The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively fresh, racy, well-balanced and offers tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of plum associated with hints of raspberry / red berries, zan, chocolate and toasted wood. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistence. There are very slight hints of salinity on the finish. The finish is suave.
