The wine is pale with a slight shiny straw tint. The nose is fruity, fresh and dry, intense. There are notes of almond, racy minerality as well as juicy yellow peach and fresh pineapple. We also perceive fine touches of lemon blossom and lemon zest. The palate is fresh, fruity with a persistent and salivating acid frame. There are notes of lemon, juicy yellow peach, apricot and nectarine. We perceive fine touches of lemon blossom and racy minerality. The finish is salivating and fresh with hints of salinity.
