The nose is fruity, gourmand, fine, elegant, relatively generous and offers a beautiful density and purity. It reveals notes of cassis and blackberry associated with a hint of plum, slight notes roasted oak as well as a touch of Sichuan pepper and a hint of mocha. The palate is fruity, gourmand, silky, well-balanced, beautifully precise, relatively straight and offers a beautiful definition, freshness, tension, minerality and a good matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and fine touches of black cherry, small red berries combined with hints of licorice, strawberry, toasted oak and a slight hint of cinnamon / cardamom. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Beautiful purity and juiciness of the fruit! A beautiful and promising wine!
