The nose is fruity, elegant, very finely tight and offers power (full of control), a beautiful finesse of the grain, a small intensity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, quite ripe blueberry, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of violet, liquorice stick, underwood as well as fine hints of Badiane, truffle, a very discreet hint of rose wood and tea. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension as well as a certain richness, a small juiciness, a fine grain and a good tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quite ripe wild blackberry, small red berries, small notes of blueberry associated with touches of cornflower, violet as well as hints of underwood, tonka bean, cardamom, clove as well as fine hints of dried rose, tea and an imperceptible hint of Badiane. Good length. Tannins are precise, racy and elegant. A beautiful persistence and a very fine chew on the persistence.
