The nose is fruity, racy and offers a slight richness and a very slight concentration / richness (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry and gray pepper associated with subtle touches of fresh fruit, cassis, woody hints as well as a very discreet hint of Zan and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a good definition, precision, a slight concentration / density, a slight suavity, a slight tension as well as a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and strawberry combined with small notes of ripe/ crushed raspberry, chocolate and woody touches as well as a subtle hint of vanilla and cardamom. Tannins are fine and firm. Good length. (2022+)
