Château Larrivet Haut-Brion 2015 – Pessac-Léognan

The nose is fruity and offers juiciness, elegance and a small gourmandise. It reveals notes of ripe / juicy peach, juicy apple and citrus (lemon, mandarin) combined with small notes of minerality, exotic fruits as well as a very discreet hint of yuzu. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, a beautiful acidulous frame, juiciness, precision, a small gourmandise, finesse as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy/ripe mandarin and small notes of vine peach associated with small touches of pineapple, quenette, apple as well as a very discreet hint of passion fruit and to an imperceptible toasted touch. Good length. A beautiful wine!
