The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a good definition, a small pulpy side as well as a beautiful juicy and ripe pulpy fruit. It reveals notes of juicy/ripe blackberry, cassisand small notes of liquorice associated with small touches ofblack cherry, fleshy/ripe Gariguette strawberry as well as fine hints of racy minerality, fresh flowers as well as discreet hints of spices and nutmeg/zan.The palate is fruity,fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, precision, an acidulous frame, a small tension as well as a juicy/crunchy/fresh fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fresh/crunchy cassis and small notes of juicy/ripe raspberry, cruncy/fresh strawberry associated with hints of liquorice, violet, cornflower as well as discreet hints of chocolate and toasted/vanilla. Tannins are elegant and very finely firm. A beautiful wine !
