It reveals notes of quince, juicy yellow peach and small notes of candied lemon associated with fine touches of mango crunchy pineapple as well as discreet hints of spices and flint. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant and offers gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the grain, fat, a fine complexity as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/candied lemon, juicy/candied yellow peach and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of crystalized mandarine, fine hints of crunchy pineapple as well as a discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background/finish and persistence). Good length and good persistence. There is an imperceptible hint almost saline on the persistence.
