On the palate it is fruity and offers freshness, a good definition, minerality, a certain tension and a fine texture. The wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh Boysen berry, juicy raspberry and more lightly small wild black fruits associated with a touch of cherry as well as hints of tonka bean, cardamom and a subtle hint of grilled/ grilled hazelnuts. The tannins are soft.
