The nose is aromatic and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis associated with a touch of cassis bud, red fruits as well as fine hints of bell pepper and plum. The palate is fruity, elegant, fine, mineral, relatively fat, relatively gourmande and offers suavity and a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum jelly and fine notes of raspberry, strawberry associated with touches of licorice as well as fine hints of chocolate and a few fine touches of toasted oak. Tannins are fine, supple and well-built. Good length.
