The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a fine grain, power as well as a racy minerality. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, ripe/crunchy cassis and small racy minerality associated with touches of fleshy/ripe raspberry, fleshy/crushed strawberry, small touches of violet as well as hints of cardamom and spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers juiciness, a small tension, suavity as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, ripe/juicy red berries and small racy minerality associated with fine touches of fleshy/juicy cassis as well as fine hints of zan, tea and a very discreet hint of cardamom on the finish. Tannins are well-built. Fine firmness and suavity on the finish. Sapidity on the finish. There is a fine hint of caramelization on the persistence.
