(2nd bottle tasted) The nose is fruity and offers a certain small concentration, a fine spicy side as well as freshness. We find notes of blackberry cream, wild strawberry and small notes of small creamy fruits associated with touches of violet, pulpy cherry as well as a fine hint, almost Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a tangy frame, tension as well as a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/fresh raspberry and small notes of creamy cassis associated with touches of camphor, chocolate, toasted and pepper/spices.
