The palate is fruity and demonstrates freshness, minerality, straightforwardness, some restraint. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh green apple, pulpy/fresh vine peach and, more slightly, lychee, combined with hints of kumquat, quenette and hints of stewed mirabelle plum and honey.
