Château Lamothe-Bouscaut 2018 – Pessac-Léognan

The nose is fruity and offers a small power and balance as well as a fine freshness. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, wild small fruits and small notes of small berries associated with touches of spices, toasted and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a small gourmandize and a juicy/ripe/puply fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy/fleshy raspberry and small notes of small red berries associated with a touch of fleshy cherry, discreet hints of violet and liquorice. Good length.
