Château Lamothe-Bergeron 2022 – Haut Médoc

The nose is fruity and offers a little floral side, a certain power, precision, good definition. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, pulpy redcurrants and more slightly – bright blackcurrant associated with touches of nutmeg and sweet spices. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh structure, energy, straightness. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulp raspberry, and more lightly – cornflower associated with touches of small fleshy/juicy red berries, as well as hints of cardamom and a subtle hint of camphor, of spices and a subtle hint of varietal in the background. The tannins are supple and sapid. Roundness, freshness and finesse in its fat and roundness.
