The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, violet and small notes of ripe redcurrant associated with a touch of small ripe red fruits as well as fine hints of cuben pepper and a discreet varietal hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine suavity as well as a fine grain, a fine racy minerality and a fine pulpiness of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous raspberry, bright redcurrant and small notes of cassis associated with a touch of violet, cocoa, almond, a subtle hint of acidulous candy and a hint of crushed almond. Tannins are structuring and finely marked.
