The nose is fruity, aromatic, fine and offers complexity, a fine richness as well as a beautiful freshness. It reveals notes of quince, kumquat and small notes of Williams pear associated with touches of citrus, fine touches of fruit in syrup (in the background) as well as fine / discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of ginger. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, precise, elegant, racy, clean and offers a beautiful fresh frame, a good definition, a good acidity, a small juiciness as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied / fresh lemon, crystallized /fresh mandarin and small notes of kumquat, pear in syrup, fruit in syrup associated with a hint of quenette, fresh / acidulous green apple, acidulous white grapes, a fine touch of botrytis as well as fine / discreet hints of spices / biscuit and subtle hints of almond. Good length. The finish is a bit tight.
