The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small racy minerality as well as a small crystalline side. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon and small notes of crystallized pineapple, candied peach associated with discreet hints of kumquat, zests as well as very discreet hints of roasted apricot and acacia. The palate is fruity, elegant, crystalline, a bit aerial, perfectly defined / precise and offers a beautiful suavity, a small unctuosity, a slight tension, a beautiful fineness of the grain, harmony, gourmandize, a beautiful finesse, freshness, roundness, a slight richness as well as a very beautiful “guideline”. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, quince and small notes of candied vine peach associated with slight hints of candied pineapple, racy minerality, roasted apricot, very discreet hints of kumquat as well as an imperceptible hint of quenette / lychee, white flowers and honey.
