The nose is fine, fruity, elegant and offers freshness. It reveals notes of pear, candied lemon and slight notes of crystallized tangerine associated with a touch of pineapple touch, discreet notes of apricot in syrup and a discreet touch of fresh ginger. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers a beautiful maturity, freshness, concentration and a beautiful acid frame. Beautiful definition and balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and pear in syrup associated with a touch of pineapple in syrup, a hint of candied apricot as well as slight notes of honey, a discreet hint of ginger and spices (in background). Good length and persistence (particularly with notes of candied lemon).
