(Open one hour before serving) The nose is subtle and elegant. It reveals notes of candied fruit associated with a few notes of flowers, honey, exotic fruits and a touch of herbs and verbena. The palate is fruity, juicy, fat, slightly suave, with a good material (right weight). An acid frame leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of plum, apricot, peach syrup, pineapple and citrus combined with a hint of clementine juice in the background. Good length. The finish is fresh.
