The nose is fresh and offers concentration, fruit, a nice little spicy side. It expresses notes of wild blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – fresh flowers associated with touches of pepper, spices and has an imperceptible hint of fresh orange zest. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a tangy structure, precision, racy tension. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, small pulpy/fresh black fruits and more slightly – crunchy purple plum associated with a hint of pepper, nutmeg and a discreet hint of clove and fresh flowers. The tannins are distinguished and firm.
