The wine shows an attractive, bright salmon colour, very vivid and fresh. The nose is slightly reductive, needs air to open up. The palate is juicy, with a pleasant, creamy entry, creamy and fluid texture and nice freshness. The creaminess of the texture is accentuated by the notes of strawberry yogurt and panna cotta. Nuances of raspberries and red cherries add to the complexity. The finish is quite long, pleasant and slightly spicy.
