On the nose, fruity and offers power, fine/precise texture, a certain freshness and a fine sense of tension. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet, pulpy wild berries and slightly liquorice combined with small touches of vanilla, pepper, pulpy blueberry as well as fine hints of cardamom, a discreet hint of lilac and grey pepper. On the palate, fruity, fresh, distinguished, balanced and offers minerality, fine tension, a little concentration and precision. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bursting/juicy plum and more lightly fresh raspberry combined with hints of blueberry, zan, vanilla, toasted hazelnut as well as fine touches of crushed small red berries, lilac, cardamom and toasted almond. The tannins are soft and structuring.
