The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity/concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe wild raspberry and small notes of griotte associated with fine touches of liquorice, dark chocolar as well as very fine hints of sweet spices and a very discreet hint of caramelization. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy red berries and small notes of griotte associated with fine touches of flowers as well as very fine hints of sweet spices and toasted. A varietal hints and a hint of dark chocolate on the finish. A very discreet hint of grilled bread on the finish/persistance.
