Château La Violette 2020 – Pomerol

The nose is elegant with some concentration. Its intensity is all in control and there is accuracy in its freshness and in its depth. His power is voluptuous. We perceive notes of camphor, crushed blackberries and small notes of fleshy black berries associated with a touch of cornflower and blue berries as well as a hint of crushed raspberry, lily, cubeb pepper as well as a subtle note of clove. The mouth is elegant, delicate, subtle in control. There is fattiness in accuracy, some straightness, airiness in concentration and richness. We perceive notes of bright blackcurrant, juicy and pulpy boysenberry and slight hints of small crushed raspberries associated with touches of lilac, violet, fresh tobacco, nutmeg as well as a subtle hint of zan, small wild berries and a hint of pepper.
