Nice limpid and shiny wine with ruby color. The first nose is a little bit closed. The second nose allows with aeration to have fruity notes that appear like blackberry and cherry. An animal side, undergrowth emerges. There is an earthy impression that comes to the nose little by little. Freshness is also present like eucalyptus and a saline touch. The 15% alcohol is not really felt but you can feel a beautiful aromatic power, often discreet, which needs air to develop. Beautiful bouquet on the palate with fresh fruits such as blackberries, blueberries and blackcurrants. The tannins are present but are not too intense. It is a juicy wine with notes of dried tomatoes and eucalyptus. The acidity is well controlled. The finish is salty and reveals small berries such as blueberry and redcurrant.
