Château La Tour Blanche 2020,Sauternes, Premier Grand Cru Classé 

On the nose, fresh, elegant, distinguished and offers a nice finesse of discreetly tight texture, complexity and a multi-layered side. It reveals notes of kumquat, quince and more lightly quince associated with touches of zest, distinguished minerality (almost discreetly iodized), fine points of yellow berries, spices and pepper. On the palate, fruity, fresh, elegant and offers freshness, minerality and acidity, fine tension, contained richness and fat. The wine expresses notes of candied lemon and tangerine and more lightly kumquat associated with hints of pineapple, mango, dried apricot as well as fine touches of distinguished minerality/fresh grapes, discrete wafts of nutmeg and fresh honey. Good length. A fine/stretchy finish that offers gourmandize and suavity.
