Château La Tour Blanche 2018 – Sauternes

The nose is fresh, racy and fruity. It reveals notes of lemon, mandarine flowers and more slightly yuzu associated with discreet hints of fleshy/juicy apple, zests, fleshy/juicy brugnon as well as discreet hints of exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offes an acidulous frame, tension, minerality, suavity, a good finesse, fleshiness, richness as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cristallized lemon, cristallized mandarine and more slightly zests associated with fine touches of kumquat, quentte as well as fine hints of small yellow fruits, bee wax and racy minerality. Good length.
