The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition/finesse, fat, a small unctuosity, a beautiful freshness, a good volume, fat as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied pear and more slightly kumquat, crushed Mirabelle associated with hints of candied pineapple, a fine touch of biscuit, spices as well as a hint of vanilla and fresh flowers. Good length and good persistence.
