Château La Tour Blanche 2014 – 1er Cru Classé à Sauternes

(83% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% in Muscadelle) The nose is fruity and relatively fresh. It reveals notes of fresh citrus and exotic fruit combined with small notes of apricot as well as a touch of peach in syrup and honey. The palate is fruity, fresh, nicely balanced, gourmand, lively and offers a nice tension and a small concentration / richness. A wine made in an aerial style. A small acid frame leads the tasting. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied white fruit associated with small notes of citrus (lemon, orange), pineapple, apricot jammy as well as touches of peach in syrup. Good length.
