The nose is fruity, fine, powerful and offers a very fine richness, a small minerality as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, black cherry and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with fine touches of liquorice. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral and offers freshness, tension as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy/pulpy black cherry and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of viole, very fine hints of cornflower, liquorice as well as a very fine hint of nutmeg. Tannins are slightly firm. An imperceptible hint of cocoa on the finish/persistence.
